30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Return your ArcticPod within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. The tub must be unused or only briefly tested and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@arcticpod.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop it at any FedEx location.
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ArcticPod arrives damaged, email us a photo at support@arcticpod.com and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund same day.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
